About the Provider
The Lighthouse Retreat Inc. provides services to seniors and new mothers throughout Durham Region and the GTA. Services include a Seniors Day Program providing daily care and support to individuals who are frail, diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer or dementia and those recovering from a stroke. 24 hr Home care services provided to individuals in their home, hospital or where needed. Nurses or PSW provide grooming, bathing, meal preparation and more. New mom’s postpartum program provides in-home education and supportive services to new and expecting mothers. Services include Night Nanny support, new born care education, attachment, breastfeeding and formula feeding support etc.
